Summer Only Contract (04/15/05 - 10/14/05)
Wet Storage: $130.00 per ft.
Land Storage: $75.00 per ft.
Winter Only Contract (10/15/05 - 04/14/06)
Wet Storage: $45.00 per ft.
Land Storage: $55.00 per ft.
30 Day Floating Plan Contract
This plan is used by boaters who would like to leave their vessel at Liberty Harbor Marina any 30 days during the summer contract period. Can only be used in 1 to 4 day increments. Reservations for your specific dates are required in advance of stay. Same slip is not guaranteed. There is a fee for electric. Same contract rules apply. $30 per foot.
All contracts will include a 2.5% Environmental fee. Refundable gate key deposits are $25.00 each. Land storage in NJ is taxable at 6%.
All boaters must supply Marina with copy of vessel's registration and insurance declaration page when signing contracts.
All slip holders: Save fueldock receipts and get 10% discount on all purchases when turned in to Marina office.
All storage is non-liveaboard. Electric is metered, bill sent to your home based on usage. 24 hour security camera roams property.
Free parking for slipholders with permit. Limited availability during specific hours of operation. See security officer on duty.
