1984 Tanzer – 27 feet
Description: This lovely Tanzer 27 foot sailboat is the perfect vessel for weekend cruising and the buyer gets summer dockage covered until October 15th, 2020 in Jersey City, NJ. It has spacious living quarters sleeping 4-5. The galley has an ice box, 2 burner stove, storage and counter space to prepare meals with a table and seating. Port side are 2 additional berths lengthwise. The electronic equipment , radios, and GPS are located in the cabin at port side. The engine compartment is located aft the cabin with access under the sloping stairs where the auxiliary engine is easily accessible. It is complete with an automatic fire extinguisher. A door opens to a head and sink with another door opening to a V-berth. Aft the vessel is the cockpit with a seating area and access to a 4-stroke mercury back up outboard. All the common halyards, such as mainsail, jib, spinnaker, lifting bridle and keel plates, and masthead fitting are included. Rigging includes a forestay, backstay, upper and lower shrouds, main topping lift, spinnaker and gear pole, spreaders, drop board channels and turnbuckles. It has hand and toe rails, with a single teak stern rail, and inboard diesel motor.
